Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Chatsy mobile application operated by Babilion LLC.
By accessing or using Chatsy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the Chatsy app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
Chatsy uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally generate incorrect or misleading information. You should verify important information independently. Chatsy is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
In no event shall Babilion LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
